  These guys did a job for me thru the sprinkler/irrigation company that I chose. They showed up to scope out the job and then showed up a second time to do the work. They showed up when they said they would, communicated well, and the work was done flawlessly. Very happy with their services and will use them going forward for any plumbing projects we have. Gordon, the plumber who did the install, was very nice and did great work.

  Recently, I needed to replace our water heater in a condo that runs on gas for both heat and hot water, not your average setup. It required a specific 199,000 BTU water heater, which isn’t cheap. I was referred to Michael Russo Plumbing, a family-owned business with a great reputation, and after working with them, I now know why. When I first called and gave them the model and serial number, the owner personally answered. He immediately recognized it was a specialized and expensive unit. Instead of just quoting a price, he expressed real concern about the high cost and asked if he could call me back after doing some research. Sure enough, ten minutes later he called back. He had confirmed the specs, shopped around, and tracked down the exact model at the best possible price. That kind of honesty and effort is rare. And Nico, the installer — he couldn’t have been a nicer guy. He walked me through how the installation would go, made sure everything was clear, and got to work. Before I knew it, the installation was complete. Professional, clean, and smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that’s honest, responsive, and truly cares about doing things right, Michael Russo Plumbing is it. Highly recommend!

  Never expected to have a positive enough experience with a plumbing company to feel I should share. I was impressed by the care in the workmanship. The customer engagement was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. The job was completed in one visit even though I had expected parts would need to be ordered (they were fixing a 1930s era Symmons Safety-Mix shower valve). Highly recommend them. Special thank you to Anthony, you are an excellent example of what the best plumbers are.

  I have used Russo Plumbing & Heating several times over the years. And they have always been professional, effective, timely and friendly. One day after business hours I had a plumbing issue. And when I called Russo’s expecting an answering service the owner picked up. I explained my problem and he talked me through the fix - while he was on the phone with me - and we solved my problem together. This is an unusally high-level of customer service and commitment to the community. I highly recommend Russo’s Plumbing & Heating.

  This company provides excellent dependable service, hired them for installing and connecting my kitchen sink, faucet and disposal during a renovation. They were very fair and clear on what was involved with the job. I highly recommend them for any plumbing jobs.
