This multi-week job was expertly performed in five days (right before the holidays). Through the team's efforts and expertise we were able to find a solution that eliminated a decades old system and failing oil tank. Josh's installation minimized the footprint that comes with adding power and refrigerant lines to a home. Jim Gamble was our initial contact with Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks. He assessed our needs and provided many options to upgrade our four bedroom home. The lack of ducts throughout the house was a major factor in selecting mini splits. Jaret Conner helped us understand the complexity of running power from the electric panel to all parts of the house. We were kept informed of decisions he made along the way. The rest of the team (Will, Pablo, Calvin) worked very well together and made the installation go smoothly.
- FGFuquan GDec 14, 20255.0I'm so glad I called Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks late afternoon last Thursday after my heating pipes burst. Jake S came the next day on December 12th. Jake is the best! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Jake found several burst locations and immediately started to fix the problem. He worked so hard (basically no stop!). One burst is behind a kitchen cabinet and very difficult to access. He had to cut carefully a square on the bottom of the cabinet to fix the pipe leaking problem. After fixed all problems, Jake tested the system and walked around all rooms several times to make sure no more leaking. He also explained the issues well and make some suggestions. It was almost 8pm when he finished the work! Thank you so much again Jake!!!
- EREmily RankinDec 14, 20252.0They are quick to come out to give you a quote. The people coming to give you quotes and teb technicians are all nice. We had our stove hooked up to propane tanks and had a "whole house" mini splits installed. What makes me give two stars is getting anyone to call you back or get information takes days, weeks or in my cause more than a month. There was some miscommunication with getting a plot installed in our living room area and when I noticed that when they started the work with the splits there wasn't one being installed for the living area, I reached out confirming and got nothing, once the job was completed, I reached out again trying to get information, because I paid in full for the splits wondering what was going on. After weeks of trying to get information, I was told it was a miscommunication and they didn't add that spilt to the job and they would get back to me Monday since it was Thursday for a quote on just the spilt. It's been over a month and I still don't have that quote and reached out a few times. Needless to say, if I ever get that spilt installed, I am probably not going to do business with them again, which is a shame. Everyone I spoke with seemed nice and very knowledgeable. I shouldn't have to wait over a month for someone to get back to me one one mini split.
