When the say Award Winning service, you can believe it! My boiler went down, I was panicked. They came the same day. Their service technician, William, was outstanding. Other companies showed up, said I needed a new boiler and I was left not knowing when I could get heat again. William worked diligently to get it going. It's an old boiler and I agree it does need to be replaced. Nashoba provided a very comprehensive and competitive quote to replace it, the same day. I am working with them now for them to replace it with full confidence I have a reputable and reliable company.

Hot water tank started to leak. Mark came to take a look, gave me estimates for 4 different types of replacement systems. Very clear explanations and great knowledge about cost and how long each lasts. He was patient and kind with this senior citizen.
Pablo came the very next day to install the new system. Because of I decided on a related but different type of system, complex plumbing was required. Pablo did a beautiful job. I suppose it's unusual to say plumbing is "beautiful," but this really is: smooth bends, hardly noticeable connections, and shiny copper. It's a lower energy and complex system which took a full workday to install. And even after his long day, Pablo took time to explain how the system works, what connects to what and patiently seemed happy to answer all my questions.
My experience over the last 30+ years has consistently been equally outstanding.

From my first contact with the office through my service call today, I could not have asked for better customer service, professional expertise, or greater transparency regarding fees and what a membership covers-- I also received full written notes following the service call as to what the technician found and did in servicing my furnace ! I switched from another area company and am extremely glad I did-- Nashoba Air and Boiler Work is a company that is honest and really takes care of its customers -- can't recommend them enough!

I would use them again, but not my first choice.
The technician, Brennan, showed up on time. I received an email, about twenty minutes before arrival, informing me that the technician was on his way. Brennan was very polite and professional. He worked efficiently and completed the service in about two hours.
Early on, Brennan advised me that the electrodes were quite worn. This was consistent with a prior assessment. However, here's where Nashoba loses a star.
The price quoted for the replacement of the part was over 60% higher than another bid I received. This confirmed my suspicion that Nashoba's prices are high.
I'd use Nashoba again, but I'm going to save some money with my previous service provider.

I want to give a big thank you to Nashoba Air & Boilerworks. Last night. My heat suddenly stopped working and it was only 35° outside. I was freezing, and even my stomach started to hurt from the cold. I call Nashova because of their good reviews, the woman who answer the phone was so kind and caring. She could hear how worry I was and try her best to help even though their schedule was full. She booked me for the next day, but then I got a call saying they would make me a priority and could send the technician within 30 minutes. I felt so relieved. While I was waiting, my heat suddenly came back on. I called to cancel. But for a few minutes later, the technicians still arrived. They told me that they knew about the cancellation but were already nearby so they just wanted to make sure everything was OK,
that meant so much to me their professionalism, kindness and willingness to help especially on a cold weather and really touched me. I am truly grateful and I will definitely call Nashoba Air & Boilerworks again in the future !!!
