- DZDiana ZhuDec 1, 20251.0Be care with this company on Oil Heating system. I have recently used this company to do oil heating system for tuning up $249 . After guy finished his tuning up work , he sent me a report to state that the heating system are functionally well and there is no leaking. Two days after service, I noticed that the oil boiler was smoking . So I called them and they sent Jack for a follow up (service Warranty call) on Nov 26 . Jack came and blamed my oil system was old and it was nothing to do with his service. He told he can do some improvement to make it work at least in the heat season. He spent about an hour and charged me $360 (they changed to $249 after I called the office). Nov 29 I found that my house has no heat at all and oil was leaking everywhere. I called them again at Sunday and it was answered by AI. I called office again Monday and they said they had to charge for an emergency call. I told the lady that my heating system was working 10 days ago but now it has no heat and oil leaking everywhere after I was charged several hundred dollars. The lady said she had to talk to her manager. This is the worst experience that I have with an oil heating company.
