  This was the easiest company to work with, Rui wasnt pushy took his time with me as I was trying to pick my floor color. Answered my questions and made suggestions on the flooring. The instalation team were very professional and precise, cleaned up after they were finished. I would highly recommend this company. Rui is the best knows his stuff. Thank you again.

  They were friendly and easy to work with. They were able to work with my schedule and were respectful of my time. They cleaned after themselves as they go.They performed quality work and offered quality materials. Rui is an asset to his company. He was knowledgeable and was able to deliver exactly what we wanted . Thank you Rui and crew for a job well done. We are happy with the install of our flooring.

  To Jill's response: Hi Jill, it's Brenda. Thanks but I already told Chris (an owner) about my concerns with the tile on the landing when they completed the job. He saw the floor and agreed with the problems. Lower height than original (~1/4" on one side), sloped, not squared to the space, etc. I saw no purpose in having the same installers come back, demo the floor, pull up all of the new base board trim, since during installation I repeatedly expressed my concerns about the issues and the older fellow ignored them (Im not sure he speaks or understands English as he relied on the younger man for translation). And who would repair the base trim, patch the nail holes, caulk the gaps, and repaint properly? I told Chris I expected you to make it right if they crack by having Angel redo them and he agreed. Same with the carpet. Who is going to come and hammer down the tacks properly and touch up the walls and trim (I only discovered it all after they left)? I didnt get the sense the original installers would be very receptive to that and I wouldn't trust them with the paint job. I've already had most of it taken care of anyway at my own time and expense. I believe you do care, it's just that you aren't really able to make things right in terms of full repair to the entire area that's affected Things need to be done properly and carefully the first time. Many installers are quite capable of that. ‐------ Original revew: Having used Hampton Flooring for several projects, I highly recommend only using Angel for any tile and wood/engineered wood floor installation. He and his team deserve 5 stars without question! His work is exceptional and beautiful! And he is truly a pleasure to work with. In addition, I have always had a very good experience with the sales staff and owners and they really go the distance with trying to source what you want. I'd give another 5 stars there. However, since this review is for the whole company, you should know most installation is outsourced and my experience with that wasn't great. Uneven and improper installation of tile that I suspect will crack where it is sloped. Carpet installation resulted in cut bare feet from tacks not being hammered down, as well as marred walls and scratched newly painted trim. Required sanding and repainting and wall touch up of newly painted walls. Installation and proper job completion is the most important thing and that's where Ive been disappointed with the outsourced work... that's why I only give 3 stars overall with this updated review, having given 5 stars previously from jobs Angel did in 2019.

  We had Hampton flooring install LVT throughout most of our 1200 sqft home. The flooring is beautiful easy to clean and really adds value. They completed the job quickly and left the worksite clean. We encountered a significant problem with the subflooring (not their fault) and they fixed it without fuss. Although they made a calculation mistake for the subflooring work it was squared away without issue as soon as I brought it to their attention. Nick was especially helpful and friendly. This is why it's good to work with neighbors and a small business and stay away from the big box companies.
