  Had my windshield replaced on my 2021 Camry. I didn't have coverage and Safelite's quote was significantly higher due to recalibration. I opted to not recalibrate and Abbey was able to save me $560. 🙏💲

  NOTE- UPDATED at end of review. Disappointed in locksmith services. We just moved to Wareham & they came to service for new locks. The next day, the key was stuck in doorknob. They returned midday to fix it. The following day, we cannot get OUT of the house now (front door) via the same doorknob (or IN from the front door). Knob does not work, can’t open the front door. I called today 11:00 am (on a Sat) during open hours to ask if someone could come back & receptionist said no. They could not call the locksmith at home. She also said that “it was working when they left yesterday”. I explained that it is a fire hazard (emergency) & she said “if you look on our website, you’ll see that we don’t do emergency calls”. I feel that this is unacceptable & a very unconcerning approach to their business, especially since we called during business hours & spoke with someone. Bottom line - we paid good money for a service that clearly had issues already. They are due to come out again in 2 days (closed tomorrow). **Hopefully I can update & do a follow up on this review, after they return again** **UPDATE - Steve, I believe, did return a couple of days later, was apologetic and they installed a new doorknob (which they had with them & we paid for)- they did not charge us for labor for the visit. They also apologized in a reply to this review. We have changed our review from 1 star to 3 stars. Thank you for addressing the issue.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ huge thank you to abbey glass for such great service. Shawn came out to take care of our window repairs — he took the windows out, brought them to the shop, and had them back the same day good as new. he was friendly, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure everything worked perfectly and our windows were ready for the upcoming New England winter. Abbey glass has been part of our town for as long as i can remember. my family’s been using them since i was a kid, and it’s nice to see they still give the same reliable, fair-priced, and honest service after all these years. definitely a company you can count on and trust.

  We brought our window sashes in to order replacement double pane glass. They took the measurements and ordered the glass. It took a little longer than promised, but that's not really under their control. They let us know that the glass was in, we took our sashes in and they did the replacement right there.
