- MMMatt MNov 17, 20255.0The initial advertising and great reviews are what drew us in to get a quote from Cycle Carpentry. The response time from my initial online quote request to when they called was very quick. From the first time I spoke with Matt, the entire process was smooth, professional and seamless. He went over all the options, explained where additional unforeseen repairs could come into play and everything was listed out on the quote in easy-to-understand line items. The communication was great throughout. The day of the install, there was additional repair work that came up (roof plywood was rotted out). They provided pictures to show me the issues and since I already knew what the potential added costs would be, it was easy to approve the added work without delaying the install. The final product came out fantastic, and the roof looks great. There were two areas that I had asked to be addressed after the job was done and Curtis had them taken care of right away. They even went as far as trimming the chipped and uneven front corner boards on the dormers (not something they installed or damaged) so that everything looked clean and uniform. Curtis and his entire team went above and beyond on all aspects to ensure a great experience and high-quality service/product. I highly recommend Cycle Carpentry and will use them again for future needs.

The gutters were installed the next day and look great. The guys were very professional and friendly. They did a total clean up when they finished. I highly recommend them.

We were really hesitant going into this project due to past experiences. Matt came out went over everything and gave a detailed quote for the job. Curtis was very responsive to any questions we had along the way and was very helpful. The workers did an amazing job and always made sure everything was cleaned up daily. The siding looks amazing and we are so happy we went with them. We can not recommend Cycle Carpentry enough they did an amazing job.

They came out very quickly to assess the problem and within 2 weeks of signing the agreement the roof was replaced in one day. Everything about working with them was easy and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome, especially being able to match the shingle color to the rest of the house spot on! Big shoutout to Joel as our point of contact for his rapid communication and being very personable and easy to work with. We couldn’t recommend Cycle more!
