I have been waiting since June 27 for my estimate after paying $500. About a month ago, the owner replied to my review and said that they would call me. I still have not received any phone call. Frustrated!

On June 27th, Tyler came to my home and looked at the neutralizer for my well which needed replacement. He assured me that I would have an estimate very soon. I paid $500 on that day and have not heard a word since . I have called over 10 times and even left a letter on one of your truck’s windows at your office as well as mailing a letter. That was over two months ago and still not a word.

Frequently Asked Questions About Durfee Plumbing & Heating

Why is my furnace blowing cold air?

There are several potential causes for this issue, including a malfunctioning thermostat, a clogged air filter, or issues with the ignition system. We recommend scheduling a professional inspection to accurately diagnose and resolve the problem, ensuring your heating system functions properly.

How can I prevent frozen pipes?

To prevent pipes from freezing, it's advisable to insulate any exposed piping, especially in colder areas like basements, attics, and crawl spaces. During extremely cold weather, allowing faucets to drip slightly can help maintain water flow and reduce the risk of freezing.
