- SBSamantha BaronJun 11, 20241.0I would give 0 stars if I could. This seemed like an upstanding company. I signed a contract and they came by to start work. I wrote a check for a deposit and after some excuses about why they didn't start work that day, they are no longer taking my calls. I plan to take legal action to get my deposit back. This is not a legitimate company. Do not give them any money or risk losing it!

Our foundation had been in a dangerous shape due to poor maintenance from previous owners. James originally said it would take 10 days but he had gotten it done within less than a week. The bricks had been crumbling and our chimney off point, he came in repointed and restuccoed all of it. He was pleasant to speak to and deal with. James was forward about all the issues and was excited to show us the entire process. An additional bonus was he wonderful working around my two very lively cats! It was clear he was proud of his work and I was well at ease because of that. We are looking forward to calling him back for future projects!

They were able to fit us in quickly and finished the job early. Most importantly, they gave us a fair price & our chimneys no longer lean, are waterproof, and will lasts us many years to come. We are beyond happy with our decision to hire Topstone Masonry & we will no doubt have them back for other projects in our home.
