  We had safewell come and perform a water systems, quality and quantity check for a home we were purchasing. They were quick to inform us of things that needed to get done, however left important information out such as the well pump having corrosion and potentially needing a replacement soon. When they came to do the original work scheduled, the technician informed us of that and then quoted us $3500. Then a customer service representative called for an 'apology courtesy' how was not keen to really give a resolution stating that it's a hypothetical situation not knowing if the pump would fail or not. I argued against that because they hid information from us that we could have at least brought to the negotiation of purchase and sale. He combatted that with stating what if the refrigerator went, what would we expect? To which I say that comparison is apples and oranges as we actually had so called "specialists" look at our water systems entirely. I would strongly recommend not using this company moving forward. Even when they make a mistake, there is no effort to do the right thing.

  I had a great experience with our initial well inspection and learned everything I needed to be comfortable montoring and managing my system. Safewell is responsive and generates clear, readable, and educational reports on water quality. All recommendations cam with clear quotes for service and scheduling was easy. We're extremely happy with the objective quality and taste of our well water and we now have complete confidence in it's safety. No more radon, VOCs, or PFAS! Thanks, Safewell!

  I strongly recomend SafeWell to anyone who wants #1 quality service when it comes down to having anything done with your well and water, I urge anyone who is looking to have their well inspected, serviced, tested, repaired maintained, drilled, etc. to choose SafeWell, they do it all and they do it with the latest technology. When I was looking to have my well and well water inspected inspected I called up SafeWell and right from the moment I talked to them I knew I had made the right choice by calling, they took the time to explain everything to me in detail and adress all questions that I had about the whole process and what needed to be done. The owner of the company (Dan) came out to my address and performed a full thorough inspection of my well, he was very very knowledgeable in the field and treated me with the upmost respect in a very professional manner, he explained and walked me through everything that he was doing and went over with me things to look out for both good and bad. I am very very pleased with the service that SafeWell provided me and I am more than satisfied with the whole experience. All in all I highly recommend SafeWell to anyone who wants hard work, honesty, and dedication to the customer followed by service with a smile that is done right the first time and wants #1 quality with all their well and water needs. These guys are the true professionals, try them and see, I am positive you will not be disappointed.
