The installation of a new AC/HVAC system resulted in numerous problems, but the crew is working hard to correct the last few technical glitches.

They were prompt, knowledgeable, ensured they only made modifications were approved of and made sure we understood how to work the system. Ryan was my initial point of contact from Sales and did a great job in spec'ing out our needs and providing a detailed breakdown of costs. Chet and Tevoy finished the installation and configuration of the thermostat and made sure all of our questions were answered. These systems are notoriously difficult to install and- if done improperly - can result in a huge waste of time and money. This is the reason I went with Unique Indoor Comfort as opposed to other companies - for their experienced staff and domain expertise for high velocity Uniico installations. They are a top notch service provider and are worth every penny.

He is pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough, and always helpful (including easy-to-understand explanations in layman’s terminology). He is mindful of our pets. Today, he was able to diagnose a less-typical issue in a timely manner. The diagnosis charge was warranted given the amount of time that was required to identify the problem. Had it been a simpler issue, that charge might have felt high. The cost of the labor for the fix was reasonable, and he kept to the estimate, which he had provided in advance of the work. I am satisfied that the issue is resolved and will stay that way.

From the sales process with Ryan to a fast-follow installation by Adis & Juan the experience was fantastic! They worked efficiently and left everything clean at the end of each day and had us heated within a week.
