Billy the owner sent Dan out and he was awesome. He was respectful, professional, and clearly knows his stuff . He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in a straightforward way, and had the heat back on without any problems. Overall, the service was efficient, courteous, and high-quality. Their quote came in the middle range but we chose them because of their pricing transparency, patience with answering our many, many questions and concerns (all of which they answered), their expertise, professionalism, the excellent reviews, and the superb communication with the front office. The unit they installed was a 5-ton Unico High Velocity ducted system with a Rheem RD17AZ60. They had a very narrow attic/ crawl space to work in but were able to install the system within the timeframe given, efficiently problem solving any issues that came up. And they were always friendly and courteous. The system works beautifully and makes no noise which is wonderful. Thank you Semper for being easy to work with and for keeping our summers cool! I would highly recommend Semper Mechanical.
