- LCLindsey Cheung2 days ago2.0Unfortunately not a good experience. The sales person, Nick, wrote up our initial contract for a fence that we did not ask for. When the time came for installation, we commented that the fence was not what we were expecting because the style wasn’t correct. The sales person was extremely condescending and told us that “communication is a two way street”, then proceeded to put the responsibility on us as the customer to correctly convey the nuances of the fence. Both my neighbor and I did confirm that we had communicated the correct style to him on numerous occasions but it seems his attention to detail and willingness to resolve the situation and take ownership just wasn’t there. He then belittled and talked down to us, citing his numerous years as a fence salesman as justification for his actions. Despite it all, we decided to try to smooth things over and had them create the correct fence, which they then installed. Unfortunately, the final product was of poor quality and did not line up or match with the existing fence. When we questioned this, they provided a number of excuses which did not logistically make sense and again put the responsibility back on us as the customer to communicate. Maybe I’m naive, but I don’t think it should have to be explicitly communicated that a new fence should be the same height as the old one. Overall, a very poor experience both in customer service and work product.

The team was professional, punctual, and clearly experienced. Frank, Nick, and Caesar were so easy to work with. They helped us choose the right style and layout for our yard, and the scalloped design adds a beautiful, decorative touch while still giving us the privacy we wanted. Installation was done efficiently and the crew was respectful of our property and our adjacent neighbors'. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The final results exceeded our expectations. I love looking out into my yard again.
