While we did discuss options to try to get more hot water (its only a 20gal tank), dealing with the confinements put on by the condo association we realized we couldn't put in a bigger tank. Rather than try to upsell me on some new product or service I did not need, the technician simply gave us some advise to mitigate the issue. Prompt, honest and did not try to sell us something we didn't need. A+ Service.

They sent James who cleaned it and changed the filter and assured me every was fine. Well, it was not. On 12/5 I put through an emergency call because my boiler shut off. They sent James out to take a look. Said everything looked fine but he heard a little whistling coming from the motor. Said eventually I would need to replace it. Well since then the motor kept shutting off and I had to manually restart it. Last night Shane came out for another emergency call. He gave it a thorough diagnosis and said my motor was faulty was some other parts. Got up several times during the night to manually switch on the heat. I'm 78 years old and I was freezing. It was 55 degrees in the house when I woke this morning. Shane is here now replacing the motor. I called Gervais and complained about James to two people. I felt I should has received some compensation for the horrible inconvenience.Although everyone was pleasant enough and sympathetic, they did nothing for me. Very disappointed.
