  Promark Painting delivers on everything you hope for, expect, and don’t even know about. I recently had my home’s exterior painted by Promark, and the entire experience was strongly positive – from the initial phone call to the final bill settlement. The owner (Tom) is a great communicator, clearly explaining the process and setting expectations before, during, and after the project. He responds quickly and thoroughly to calls, texts, and emails. I appreciated that he took the time to walk around the home, pointing out areas that he thought needed special care, finding even more than the areas I knew about! At the end of the project, I appreciated the clear and itemized billing entries. No “gotchas” at the end! The project started on time and finished early! I have never seen a painting crew work as hard as Promark’s, with the team arriving at 7:30 each morning and putting in a full day of work. I would look out the window while preparing breakfast and dinner and see them continuing their work. The crew was pleasant, polite, and accommodating, especially when our cars needed to be moved or an Amazon delivery arrived. They were quiet and created no more noise than was needed, especially during the preparation phase that included sanding, scraping, and power washing, which were loud enough on their own. And, the crew was clean, leaving few traces that they were even onsite during the day and at the end of the project. I appreciated that the team recommended replacing some areas of rotted wood that weren’t evident during the initial walkaround. The team could have painted over and moved on, but they did the right thing. I appreciated that the team foreman did a final walk-around with me to make sure that I was happy with the work. Promark is a painting company that I happily endorse. This is a high-quality, high-touch, high-communication team that created an excellent experience and that delivered on all promises and expectations. Promark will be my first call in 10-12 years, when I’m ready to be painted again.

  We used Promark to paint our large house, including trim and some rot repair. The entire job took them a week. The entire crew was very pleasant, always showed up first thing and put in really long days. We asked for quotes from multiple contractors and Thomas's was the most reasonable, and delivered quality work with a reliable, friendly, qualified crew.   We were extremely pleased with the painting work that was done for us by Promark! They did two exterior projects, painted two interior rooms and painted custom carpentry we had just had installed and everything turned out beautifully. The workmen were very efficient, professional and tidy and the communication process throughout regarding scheduling etc. was smooth. Will definitely use them for future projects!

  I wanted my kitchen cabinets painted and had the pleasure of working with Thomas and his crew at Promark Painting. I want to start by saying while searching for quotes, Thomas was very pleasant , informative, proud of his task and offered assurance without pressure. The actual job started a few months after the original quote without any increase in price that happens to be very reasonable. The day of the job, the crew was prompt ,very professional and knowledgeable.They were prepared and ready to work. I felt comfortable enough in that short time and had no worry whatsoever as to the outcome of the job .The veteran patron Chicky was in charge and created an awesome team atmosphere and work well with his team. Everyday before leaving, the kitchen was neat, vacuumed and ready for the next day. As expected , they did a great job and I have a new looking kitchen. Thank you Thomas for a job well done. Tina M.
