Due to it being a custom cut she couldn’t change it out. Sadly she is now stuck with this color she does not like on her home for years. Would never give them business on how upset she was with what she has to stay with on her home.

Charcoal is what I ordered and what I got was gray. The website colors is very misleading. Charcoal is almost black and is what I asked for. I called today to let them know they told me gray is there Charcoal. If I wanted gray I would have asked for it. Now they will not let me return to get what I wanted. I'm very upset to think I'm stuck with this ugly color.............if I could I would rate this zero
