Mike B. showed up on time to give the quote and went above and beyond compared to the previous companies that came out. He went through and measured every room, inspected current equipment, did the calculations, all while answering all of our questions and concerns. We went over his calculations, notes, concerns and guided us through our options. The Technicians\Installation team are top notch. The work took place over 2 1/2 days and they always arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. The team kept us informed of where they were in the install process and asked if we had any questions. The team's work performance was superb, and the new system looks and feels great. To summarize, the whole team conducted themselves with consistent promptness, respectability, and professionalism.
