Had another HVAC company come out to see if they can fix, they estimated 4-10,000 to fix. Also said the ductwork installed just exactly 1 year ago by Kings wasn’t up to code. Sad this will have to be taken to court and mitigated for the simple fact Kings is unwilling to stand by their promises or even make an effort to. See their generic response below? This is what I’ve gotten for over a year now, then I contact them, they either don’t respond at all, or they schedule an appointment and don’t show. I will call their office in the morning and update this again afterwards. Run far, far away. We had two brand new units installed 2 years ago (about $17,000), new ductwork a year ago ($2700) that was "guaranteed" to fix the condensation problem that began after the new units were installed, a new coil that broke on the "new" unit ($1000 because part was under warranty but not labor or refrigerant), total have spent over $20,000 with this company, many sleepless nights and insane stress and are left with nothing but extensive ceiling damage and two units that STILL sweat excessively causing mold and damage. I am going to try to upload a copy of my call/text logs with this company for the last two years along with pictures. I have been more than patient and willing to work with them. It has been promise after promise from them with no delivery. They make appointments, then don't show up. Now they won't even return a call.

Unfortunately alot of places told me they didnt have any availability until the next week. In this hot weather we could not go on like that, so when I called king mechanical I was so happy to know they could come out the same day! Gary and his partner showed up just in time and fixed our ac with no problems! The guys were knowledgeable and respectful 🙏. If we have any issues in the future, we will definitely be calling them! Very grateful
