However, Mr. St. Claire still came in to evaluate whether the sewer issue was resolved and indicated that it looked to be resolved. I then asked about four other minor issues and he was able to discuss my concerns and was knowledgeable about the options to fix my issues. He discussed the membership program offered by the company and ultimately completed a toilet tank rebuild (replacing the flapper and fill valve) and adjusted my temperature regulator in my shower.
