He pulled shoe covers out of his pocket and put them on before coming in...a great way to make a first impression. He explained everything clearly. He also gave an up front estimate for a dishwasher install (Hauled the old one away.) and installing a new toilet...He went to the plumbing supply warehouse and picked it up. When he opened the new dishwasher box, it had been dented...No problem. We made another appointment to install another dishwasher. And just will need to pay the balance from the original estimate. No additional trip charge. If I owned a plumbing company, I would run it just like Mark Johnson. I received call and texts to confirm. Before he arrived, I even received a text with Austin's picture and a short bio! I received a call that afternoon to see if I was satisfied. I cannot really assess the price until he finishes installing the new dishwasher. Even if it more expensive than other plumbers I have used, it was well worth it. I was also impressed that he came by himself. We were not paying for a "helper".
