Excellent Foundation Repair – Professional, Honest, and Quality Work
I hired Reliable Foundations for my residential project after noticing serious issues with my home’s foundation, including visible cracks, rotten support beams, and a porch that was starting to fall away from the house. From the very first consultation, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in handling repairs like mine.
Todd walked me through the entire process, explained the scope of work clearly, and delivered exactly what was promised. The crew repaired the foundation cracks, replaced the damaged beams, and reinforced my porch.
Since the repairs, the crack inside my home are completely gone, and my house feels solid and secure again. It’s a noticeable difference, and I'm incredibly relieved to know the foundation is stable.
I had a great experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend Reliable Foundations to anyone needing trustworthy, high-quality foundation work. 😊

Let me start with Ashley, who will take your call.
She's an exceptional beautiful soul. Attentive and responsive.
Then there is Matthew, he came out to explain the process, take measurements and give the quote for the job. Mat is pleasant and informative.
My next contact person, as I accepted the job. "My soil was sinking away from the foundation", was James.
James, even while on a mini vacation he was responsive.
All of the scheduling was done with James. He gave me my work schedule date, and let me know when a sooner opening became available.
Because I had an issue with my foliage removal, I was not able to keep my assigned date, with James, no problem, he fit me in quite quickly.
Lance and Nathan came out to do the job. Such helpful young men. It was a pleasure to have them on my property.
They worked diligently, in the heat, without complaints. They dug a proper trench, filled the gaps with what had the appearance of "Great Stuff" then put the dirt back.
The foundation was showing, so I had to call the office, Ashley was quick to respond, I sent her a pic, river sand was quickly delivered and a couple of hours later, Lance and Nathan was there to place the sand.
James came out also, he had no qualms in helping to get the job completed. The area was swept and they removed debris.
My only suggestion: the need for fiil was evident, shouldn't have had to call for it and, the crew need to add a rake to their tool box.
All being said, I would definitely, and have, recommend Reliable Foundations. I am pleased with the outcome and have been assured to contact them if need arise.
Frequently Asked Questions About Reliable Foundations
How can I tell if I need foundation repairs?
Several indicators may suggest the need for foundation repairs. These include structural signs like cracks in walls, uneven floors, and gaps between walls and ceilings. Moisture issues such as pooling water near the foundation or mold in crawl spaces can also be warning signs. Foundation movement, visible in settling areas or a tilting chimney, is another key indicator. Other signs include nail pops in drywall and warped ceilings. If you notice any of these issues, it's important to document them with photos and dates, then schedule a professional inspection. Remember, addressing foundation problems promptly can prevent more costly repairs in the future.
What are the steps to getting your house foundation leveled?
The process of leveling your house foundation typically involves six main steps. First, a certified technician conducts a free, no-obligation inspection to assess the situation. Next, you'll receive a customized proposal with transparent pricing, detailing the recommended solution and associated costs. The third step is site preparation, where work areas are cleared and utilities marked. The actual leveling process follows, using methods such as steel piers, foam injection, or crawl space jacks, depending on your home's specific needs. After the work is completed, a thorough cleanup and final inspection ensure everything is properly aligned and structurally sound. Lastly, you'll receive warranty documentation and ongoing support for your peace of mind.
Can I stay in my house for foundation repairs?
In most cases, you can remain in your home during foundation repairs, particularly when working with professional crews. The level of disruption depends on the type and extent of the repair. For instance, foam injections, crawl space support, and exterior pier installations are typically minimally invasive, allowing you to stay. Slab leveling often allows for walking on the surface within hours. However, in some situations, such as major pier installations under interior slabs or extensive crawl space work affecting utilities, you might need to temporarily relocate. It's best to discuss your specific situation with the foundation repair professionals to determine the most suitable arrangement.
When should I resurface vs replace my pool deck concrete?
The decision to resurface or replace your pool deck concrete depends on its current condition. Resurfacing is appropriate when the concrete is structurally sound but has surface-level issues like minor cracks, discoloration, or spalling. This option can refresh the appearance and extend the life of your deck. On the other hand, replacement becomes necessary if the deck shows signs of severe structural problems, extensive or deep cracking, or is no longer level. Regular maintenance, including cleaning and resealing every 1-2 years, can help prolong the life of your pool deck and potentially delay the need for major repairs or replacement.
How long should Pool Decking last?
The longevity of pool decking varies based on the material used, climate conditions, and maintenance practices. Concrete decking typically lasts 10-15 years, while stamped concrete overlays can extend to 15-25 years with proper resealing every 3-5 years. PVC or vinyl decking offers exceptional durability, potentially lasting up to 50 years with proper care. Epoxy coatings generally have a lifespan of 10-15 years, and poly coatings can last 15-20 years. Regular maintenance and timely repairs can significantly extend the life of your pool decking, regardless of the material chosen.
