Michael Dargis and another staff member did a great job, replaced old pipes and leaking fixtures and even adjusted the price when it took a little less time than had been estimated.

I didn’t need weekend service and she scheduled the first morning appointment for Monday. Nidal is as here as I was getting my daughter off to school and offered to come back after I did. Nidal was friendly and explained the issue. He quickly replaced the thermostat and ordered a part to be put in later. It was truly a pleasure to deal with Natal’s from start to finish and I wouldn’t dream of contacting anyone else for future repairs. 10/10

I appreciated his honesty and thorough assessment including photos, demonstrating how the prior AC service did some shoddy work. I wish I could have gone with them further than an initial diagnostic. I called two days later to get the quote on the repair and to discuss options. Customer service was nice, but I wasn’t able to talk with anyone. I had time to show this quote to a friend. Natal’s pricing including their annual service agreement versus without was still $1k+(!) more than another local AC company that is not highly automated (no texting, no Apple Pay) and was able to come out and replace my compressor within 24 hours of confirming this was the best approach to get the 9 yr old unit running again.

I chose Natal's because they are visible in my community, are easy to schedule with, and I have worked with them before. I even have a monthly plan with them to make services more affordable. This month I had my dryer vent cleaned. 10 ft. straight up through the attic was $327. 15 mins. of work, no complications or blockages, Not a complex job. This price was including a $50 discount AND the discount from my monthly paid plan. I really should have gone with the cheaper quotes and would have saved well over a $100.

Prior company we used said system need a whole new component requirement costing close to $1000.00. And potentially a whole new heating system.We held off and that’s why I went for a 2nd opinion Nidal our technician from Natal’s found the problem right away and resolved the problem which was a bad breaker in our electrical panel, he temporarily replaced with a similar breaker until a replacement could be put in by the electrician. he also hooked us up with their company electrician to finish the job installing a new breaker.
