They worked non stop from 8 am to 9 pm making sure everything was correctly done. They answered all our questions and concerns. Roy Migiore Jr. was the lead person. He went above and beyond to make sure the install was done correctly. He also came back the next day to test the systems and showed us pictures of the different parts of the system and how everything was sealed. We are very pleased with the outcome.

He was thorough, was kind enough to explain his procedures and findings, and answered all my questions. While the water heater began functioning as normal (no repair necessary), he provided several options for if it were to malfunction again. Understandably, the after hours price was higher, but I was grateful someone could take a look at my water heater immediately because my usual plumber does not have after hours scheduling. I recommend Natal’s services, specifically requesting Michael Dargis. I plan to use Natal’s again in the near future.
