Christmas Eve, a crew came out to put in a new system. They normally would be off to attend a Christmas Eve Gumbo at 11:00, but Bradley, Dylan, Little Barrett and Jordan remained until the job was finished at about 3:00. I was impressed and grateful. First of all, they knew we would need the system in place for a warm Christmas, so it was great that they came at all on Christmas Eve to install a new HVAC system, but that they missed their party and stayed late, what amazing service and dedication is that! I think he needs more field training. He admitted he could not solve the problem and that we gad to wait on another tech to get to us on another day to finish the repairs. Cost was an extra repair visit.

He noticed that my hot water heater had water in the overflow pan and notified me to call a plumber. Otherwise, I would never have known. He also tighten the gas valve for me. I can't thank him enough. I want him to do my maintenance from now on!!!
