He found damage that two previous roofing companies completely missed. Once the project started, the on-site project manager, Shane Yongue, took exceptional care of everything and communicated with me throughout the entire process. He didn’t just manage the roof repair—he stepped in to help with other issues on site as well. When a water company damaged my fiber line, Shane handled the situation as if it were his own home, managing the chaos and making sure everything was taken care of. From the very beginning, the Cloteaux team made us feel more like friends than customers. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care set them apart. I would highly recommend Cloteaux to anyone.
