Had me start putting trash can in a different place than we have for the last 4 years because he said it looks like I have two trash cans when the address of my neighbor (a church) clearly has their address on theirs, has not picked up the church’s trash several times even after putting it where he asked, and 90%of the time he does pick it up, the trash can is left laying in the street. I swear he is being spiteful due to us calling in one day and him having to go back and pick up! If there were another option to use a separate company, I would gladly pay the fee. Too much drama over our trash!!!

This company was paid by me for a service I never received. They also did not satisfy the paying customers needs once they were made aware of their mistake and stated I would receive service but that never happened.

I also find it funny how they only seem to respond to positive feedback. I haven't seen one negative review with a comment from AWS. But I've seen tons where they say they're going to send the positive feedback to operations. Go figure! 😂

AWS bills commercial customers in advance on the first of each month and roll off dumpster and portables customers in arrears on the last day of each month. If you prepaid for your service, you’ll still receive a statement of services provided showing how the payment was applied.
Invoices and statements are mailed on the 1st of each month. We also offer electronic billing for you to receive your invoices via email and you can always log into your account online to view up to 18 months of invoices.
