We moved in August, called to cancel service before moving. Then they still send us a bill for October, November and December for a house we no longer live at. I also find it funny how they only seem to respond to positive feedback. I haven't seen one negative review with a comment from AWS. But I've seen tons where they say they're going to send the positive feedback to operations. Go figure! 😂

Management will straight up describe your house & vehicle & tell you that they dumped your trash when they didn’t. Took hours for a call back. Any star given at all was for the lovely lady answering calls.

A trash company that won’t pick up trash? If you have over flow they won’t pick up your trash. You call and ask them what to do with excess trash and they basically tell you to figure it out. Worst company in the area by a large margin.

I purchased a trash can with services a few months ago. When they pick up the trash they don’t care. They crack the trash can and break lid hinges. The garbage cans are often left flipped upside down or stinky water left inside that was not there before the pick up. My trash cans is fairly new and they cracked the hinge and now the entire lid is missing. I had to call for a repair or replacement. The hinge is cracked so they’ll need to replace. I saw they left trash cans in the road as well as many upside down. Such disrespect! If you don’t like your job get a new job. We pay for these services and it’s not cheap. Please respect our receptacle and our community!!
