  I had a walk-in shower installed on Nov 10, 2025 by John Starr from MaxHome and I couldn't possibly be happier! This man is like the Paul Bunyan of installations....nothing he cannot do. He tore out my tub and all the ancient tile surrounding it, gutting it down to the studs. He also paused his work to give my husband time to spray the open area with termite and bug killer. John is meticulous with little details, which is so important in any job. He arrived on time, cleaned up the work area as he went along, and it took only one day for him to create the most amazing and beautiful transformation in this 50yr old bathroom. A world of thanks to you, John! I also had MaxHome cover the whole floor with lovely, easy clean planks and was done by Simon B, the Official Floor Guy. Very experienced and did a great job. Thanks, Simon! Everyone I have spoken with at this company were all very professional, courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. I felt comfortable with the salesman, Scottie, never felt pressured to make the sale and the price was fair compared with other companies in the area. I need to mention here that this is the second bathroom I had done by MaxHome and John. The walk-in tub he installed looks terrific, even 6 yrs later, and made my husband super happy...me, too, but is mainly his bath. John's expertise is the reason I chose MaxHome to do my new shower.... as long as I could have John do it. He's very much in demand so my job was 6 weeks out. Indeed, he's so good that I had a chance to get it done 5 weeks ago but when I heard it wasn't with John, I said Nope, I'll will wait for him. And he's the nicest fella you'll ever meet! As if you couldn't tell by now, I highly recommend MaxHome and especially Big John Starr to do any bathroom conversions you might have in mind. I would also be happy to talk with any potential customers to spread the word about your company.   MaxHome was great from beginning to end! Began with a knowledgeable, "no pressure" sales rep, Scott Saucier who answered all my questions during the appointment and many after it. He even responded to a text from me while on his vacation! Greatly appreciated Scott. Continued with an excellent installer, James Roberson. James addressed all of my concerns before starting any work, then after the demolition he allowed me time to check and address any in-wall issues before the installation of new materials. After completion, he explained all new features in depth including care and cleaning . Did a great cleanup of all work areas before leaving. Greatly appreciated James personality and work ethic. Ended with me, happy and extremely pleased with my beautiful renovated shower! I highly recommend MaxHome!

  We used this company for a bathtub removal/walkin shower installation. Let me tell you something, from the time they called to get scheduled to the time I left a review, they were nothing but professional and beyond exceptional! I couldn't recommend this place enough!! Everyone was amazing, very professional, understanding, easy to talk to, and explained everything with ease. Made sure their workspace was completely contained and cleaned up completely after themselves, I literally did nothing! Make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted and double checked before installing which was very comforting to me. My walk-in shower is absolutely beautiful, exactly the way I want it! I seriously cannot recommend these people enough!!

  I scheduled two separate bathtub/shower combo replacements to be done at the same time. With my house being nearly 30 years old, it was time for a change. On the scheduled date, Matt and Mannie were sent out to perform the needed work. Both were very professional in their work and their interaction with me. All the details of the changes being made were reviewed prior to performing the work and both showers were completed without issue. Highly recommend!

  We recently had our guest shower/tub combination replaced by MaxHome, installing a Jacuzzi shower with glass doors. This was set up through Costco. Matt removed the old tub, shower walls, molded sheetrock and all the plumbing fixtures. His explanations of what and why he was doing it were very understandable. He kept the are clean with drop cloths and was constantly sweeping the floor. He removed everything without damaging any part of our house. His installation was flawless including the shower pan, walls, sliding shower doors, also all the plumbing fixtures. The grab bars and wall shelves were placed per our specifications. Upon completion Matt provided a detailed explanation of how to use the shower and well as how to clean it. Matt was polite, pleasant and completed our project with the utmost care and professionalism. We are very satisfied and grateful for hios work
