He arrived in minutes and found that there was a piece missing. Eric explained the problem and told me he didn’t have the part but would be back shortly with one. He returned fixed the light, explained everything he did and even showed me where all of my shut off valves were located. Eric was friendly and informative. He left the work site clean. I will be using Burgard Plumbing again.
