  I called Total Maintenance to have my dryer vent hose reattached to the vent. The service person arrived as scheduled, completed the repairs, and was finished in time for me to leave for work on time. It works perfectly. Thank you very much.

  We have had TMI out to repair our apparently very complicated American Standard Heat Pump. The 1st time it was fixed it was working great. We lost power recently and heat wouldn't work. Turns out the Generator had kicked on and burnt up a wire in attic. He rewired to bypass it so my mother had heat until the Generator people could come and repair it.

  I was with another Carrier Dealer that actually installed the Carrier Infinity air conditioner and furnace. I chose Carrier because they insist on good service after the installation. Well I was very disappointed with that Dealer. But, I decided to call Total Maintenance to be my Carrier maintenance provider. I could not be any happier with Total Maintenance from the way Miss Kelli handled getting me set up for the service call and set me up on a maintenance agreement. VERY professional. Great job Miss. Kelli !! The Technician (Tim)showed up on time was very professional and knowledgeable! He inspected my Furnace and found a gas leak the installer overlooked after 2 years of doing annual maintenance. Tim was very thorough going through the heating system and took his time to make sure everything was done to insure the system was safe and working properly. After, Tim sat down with me and explained everything he found and corrected. Even showed pictures of the system. Gave me a thorough report on what was done and what Carrier recommends to maintain this very expensive equipment. I am so grateful and impressed!!! I found a company that clearly cares for me as a customer and for my families wellbeing. I am disabled and my wife has health issues, so having an Air Conditioner and heating system that is safe and reliable is extremely important. Job Well done Total Maintenance! And THANK YOU! You have a Customer for life!!!
