  I had my roof replaced today with Louisiana Roof Crafters. They did an exceptional job. They were here bright and early. The crew members knew what they were doing. They worked really well together. The workers were very polite. There was a supervisor who stay here the entire time. When they were almost done the project manager came to make sure everything was done to my expectations.I couldn’t ask for a better group of people working on my roof. They were thorough. Also,I had my gutters replace. Same company different crew. Same. Very professional.

  I was a general contractor for 22 years. I have worked with countess subcontractors. I want to give the most clear and useful review possible. This was a very large several hundred thousand dollar commercial project. Louisiana Roof Crafters was not the lowest price, but competitive. The project was delayed from the committed start date. They had issues with the permit process. I do not honestly know who was to blame but Ben, my project manager on the office end, assured me that it was the city. An issue came up with a design in the flashing that was potentially going to be a change order before the job started. Ben worked to resolve this and while it likely cost more money, no change order followed as they stood by their original qoute. It was taken care of. My project started 2 months off its start date which concerned me because it pushed us in to the rain season which caught up to us near the end of the project. A quick storm that came through and caused damage. Even the best of planning and tarps in place the water still caused some interior sheetrock water damage. Mr. Will my most trusted Superintendent from Louisiana Roof Crafters assured me that they would take care of everything. I felt that was not entirely fair and we split the repair costs. I needed other contractors to disconnect and even replace a bad AC unit and to do Drywall repair, and Louisiana Roof Crafters referred great people. They also looked after their work when it was not their job. Just to be sure things went well. Mr. Will was not only a gentleman, a man if his word, and a hard worker, but he was genuinely concerned about the project going well in all aspects. The work done is beautiful. The crew was no nonsense, and worked hard, long, and fast. No smokers or drinkers were noticed over the duration of the project. Not everything went perfectly, because nothing ever does but the professionalism and more importantly to me, the care, that Mr. Will gave the project, and its outcome, is the most important thing. I received a call from a competitor during the bidding process and warning me that Louisiana Roof Crafters was not licensed properly and that my project was going to fail and I would lose and depositvI given them. I fortunately had the experience to know that this did not add up. I am so happy I went with my gut. The outcome of this large commercial project was a total and complete success.
