- DHdenise helmer5 days ago1.0The tech was at my home for 5 minutes. He re-lit the pilot on the "first try" as he wrote in his invoice. Yet I was charged for a full hour of service. He did come same day but at a premium price. It was so simple I should have been charged less for such a quick and easy fix. I felt the tech agreed but had to charge what the owner said. I will not recommend this company to anyone for price gouging.
