- SNSusan NunezDec 12, 20221.0My AC was leaking Freon in October, they put Freon in it and charged me 290.00 and could not find a leak. Two months later it’s leaking Freon again and they still could not find a leak but they said it was going to be the coils. They wanted to shut the system down for 24 hours to put it on vacuum to find the leak. Gave me an estimate of 2,000 to 2500.00 to fix it. I called another company who found the leak and replaced the coils for 1650.00 in one day. The new company itemized the estimate and told me the coils were 850.00. I was with Cool Air for 5 years with a maintenance contract. They overcharge and nickle and dime you! I have cancelled my contract with them!
