Steven showed up, was very pleasant and professional. Make a few recommendations to service the other 2 doors in addition to the repairs on the one with the broken spring. All the work was done within the time he quoted and for the price we discussed. I would definitely call them for any future garage door issues!

The double garage door was too heavy to lift manually, so our vehicles were stuck inside. With a fair emergency weekend fee, Danny sent someone out within an hour and a half and it was all repaired before 11:30 PM. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ace garage doors! Thanks again Danny!

They were professional from the first visit advising me with what door to use, sent me a quote the same day, visited days before the installation to make sure it was framed properly, called me the day before installation , 1 hour before the installation crew showed up and the head installer called me when finished to explain the maintenance process on the hinges and told me to call if I need anything. Definitely a #1 company.

Based on Google reviews, I choose to contact Ace Garage Door, and I sent them a message online around 8:30 p.m. Sunday night. They called me first thing Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. to set up an appointment that day. Steven Johnson, the service tech called a head to say he was on his way. He showed up on-time (Actually a little early). He was very professional. He showed up in uniform, in a company truck. He was knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnose the problem. He did a great job explaining everything to me and got right to work on the repair. He recommended changing out the 21 year old steel roller with new silicone one, which made the garage door operate much smoother and quieter. He adjusted everything on the garage door including the spring, cable, safety sensors, and garage door opener's settings. He picked up and removed all the trash. He was done in a little over an hour. The pricing was all upfront, with no surprises. I highly recommend Ace Garage Door. They were a pleasure to do business with.

I called Don at ACE Garage Door and he quoted us doors at price below, and a quality above, another company that I won't mention by name. He sent out Sage and Ramon to install our new door and they did an incredible job. They were friendly and efficient, and they had our old door off in no time and began work prepping for our new door. They got it done rather quickly and took away all the old door and hardware. I had no idea how noisy our old door was until I heard this new one open and close. So quiet and smooth. And the new door has windows that I didn't know I needed. Let's in so much light while working in the garage. All in all, they get 5 stars. I highly recommend. Thank you Don, Sage, and Ramon. Definitely glad I called.
