The technician who came out on the first visit quickly identified a simple fix and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. While he was there, he also helped us determine the best solution for replacing the cracked seals around each of our garage doors—damage that had occurred over time prior to our purchase. The technician who came out today to complete the work was just as pleasant and professional. He replaced the seals around the garage doors and repaired the broken part in the motor efficiently and with great attention to detail. Both gentleman we worked with were courteous, easy to communicate with, and performed their work with excellence. We truly appreciated the professionalism and care shown on each visit and would highly recommend their services.

We discussed the issue and he changed out some older parts on the door and scheduled to come back the next day to install a new operator which was installed promptly the next day all just before the Christmas holidays! The whole experience with Ace was easy and seamless, from my initial call to Ace to paying the invoice! Steven communicated clearly and was extremely helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions and did a great job. I am extremely pleased with my experience and highly recommend Ace.
