- MFMichael FabacherDec 18, 20255.0I could not figure out what was wrong with my pump. I was beside myself. I was so worried about what was wrong and how much it would cost. I put something else on Facebook for recommendations and a couple of my friends told me to call waterworks of Covington. After 2 weeks being without water, one of their employees named Cody came out and diagnose the problem and got me all fixed up. Cody did as much as he could the first day that they were here. Cody was cordial and very respectful. He worked hard to get the problem solved. They had to do some finishing touches the next day and I don't remember the young man's name but he was also very cordial and finished the job. It seems like all the employees know what they're doing and their prices are very fair. I am grateful and thankful that they didn't drag me through the mud no pun intended. I would recommend them to anybody. If you ever have any pump or well issues. Waterworks is top of the line in my book. I just want to thank them so very much. May God bless them.

I was at a point of frustration when I contacted Water Works but after Caleb finished.. I feel as if I have a new well and pump setup and it did NOT cost me an arm and leg. It was cheaper than I thought and that's because he knew exactly what the issue was and what needed to be replaced without charging me for things I didn't need. The simplest modification made the biggest improvement with the well and pump I already had installed. Thanks Caleb and Water Works, you have impressed me. I have a happy household now.
