  Called and spoke with Joey at Brotherhood Plumbing a few days ago about an ongoing issue we've been needing repaired and finally had the funds (we hoped) to fix. Last year we called a few different companies out and got quotes from them and when we finally settled on getting the work done, the company showed up and then backed out of the job. I was hesitant to commit to anything more than a quote because I knew how high our other quotes had been, but Joey gave me a ball park figure over the phone that was on the lower end of what we expected to pay and promised there was no pressure. Jacob and John called around 7:30am Friday to let us know that they were on the way. They arrived promptly at 8am, checked out what we asked them to and then also wanted to check all the rest of the plumbing on the property to give us a quote on everything we could possibly need fixed. The quote was very fair, much better than I anticipated, and because they offer discounts for bundling same day services, we were able to have them address several other issues while staying within our budget!!! Everything was itemized and that made it easy to decide what to address. Jacob and John installed a new main water service line (the reason we called) which included them digging a trench from the meter to the house and replacing the hose bib/faucet. They coordinated 811 and the city water on our behalf. They rebuilt the bath tub faucets because the cold water was only trickling when the faucet was turned all the way on. They rebuilt the shower faucets in our master shower due to continuous slow dripping from the shower head. They also replaced our most commonly used hose bib/faucet in the backyard AND fixed the mortar surrounding it from the repair. Everything looks great. They were friendly and professional and either removed their shoes or wore shoe covers whenever they entered the house. They felt like family in that they cared for our home like it was their own, they put everything back where they found it, and they weren't pushy or dismissive. We have lived here ten years and never had good luck with plumbers. Thanks for offering affordable and friendly service!

  I woke up this morning with a leak from my hot water heater. Needless to say I was freaking out. I searched on line and came across Brotherhood Plumbing. I called and got an appt the same day and they were able to replace it. ' Thank God' What a relief that was. Joshua and Ethan were super cool people. They explained to me what the different parts were, how to turn the water and gas on an off. I didn't know that with my old outdated one. Joshua swept the floor. Which he didn't have to do. They explained to me about the warranty and just basically kept me updated which made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company. I now have a plumber company to call that I can trust if needed. You guys are awesome. Cherita

  Worst nightmare turned into a miracle! I accidentally flushed my engagement ring down the toilet. I called and spoke with the owner, and within an hour, Brett and Joshua arrived. After a few stressful minutes and many prayers, they found it! They were incredibly respectful, calm, and helpful in a moment of pure chaos. They were meticulous, cleaning up everything perfectly before they left. I am so thankful for Brett, Joshua, and this company for making me feel safe and solving the biggest problem of my life!

  Joshua and Ethan were awesome! They were super professional and kept my husband and I updated through out the whole process. We had a flooding issue and needed a washout. We were made a priority because of the flooding. They both took good care of our issue. I would definitely recommend Joshua and Ethan w Brotherhood Plumbing — they really took care of us! I see why they got 5 stars on all their reviews!

  Very happy with the work of Josh and Matt! Called about a water heater issue knowing it was old and needed to be replaced but Brotherhood was able to get us in same day when I called first thing in the morning. Josh and Matt were very personable and explained everything each step of the way, which was greatly appreciated. Thankful they could help us out so quick with such great employees!
