  Absolutely incredible! Start to finish…calling to get Nikki on the phone who is incredibly efficient and top notch customer service! Walked me through the whole process to Andrew coming out, explaining everything, courteous and confirmed what needed to be fixed and followed up! Then a phone call for another follow up! CLASS ACT will recommend every time!

  Brotherhood was awesome. My husband and i are elderly and they came out within an hour of me contacting them. The valve hose under my kitchen sink burst and I had water everywhere. Brett was my plumber and I can't say enough good stuff about him. He's was first and foremost the most professional and polite person. He did a super great job fixing everything thing. I have a ironically six husband who was having a really bad day and Brett made things for him to easily understand. I highly recommend Brotherhood Plumbing.

  Ethan and Tiny knocked it out the park. Had a growing gas leak that I could no longer ignore. They showed up, located it quickly, talked through options for path forward, quoted me, and completed the job all in one afternoon. Craftsmanship was *chef’s kiss*. Professionalism top notch. Never “had a plumber” before but now if someone ask, Brotherhood is the only right answer!

  First I want to apologize for the late review (they replaced our water heater on December 18th), but I definitely wanted to get the review in before the new year. Also sorry in advance for the long review, but it will be a good one! If I could give BrotherHood Plumbing 10+ stars I would, but they’ll have to accept my 5 stars because it’s the highest. My husband called BrotherHood Plumbing because he read on line that they had the best reviews so we decided to give them a try to come and look at our water heater because it wasn’t in the best shape and it’s almost 50 years old (original to my grandparents house). Jacob and (Tiny) Dylan showed up on time (10 minutes early) with calling 30-45 minutes to them arriving. Which was huge to me that they were on time and early at that. Next they came and looked at the water heater and they suggested big time we get a new one. I called my husband he said do it. I then asked then can they replace it today if they had time, they said absolutely we can do it today. I was shocked again! They had to call another coworker in Matt to come and help out. All the guys were good ole southern boys, extremely polite, well educated on their job and even when I had a stupid question they didn’t make me feel stupid for asking and wanting to know information on my water heater. They did it all in a timely manner which did take a few hours, but the time flew by. If we have anymore plumbing issues down the road we’ll know just who to call BrotherHood Plumbing. Bonus they even let me take a selfie with them by their truck!!

  My water heater began leaking on Sunday afternoon, and I browsed various plumbing companies for reviews. I had seen the trucks from Brotherhood at a house in my neighborhood where some major plumbing work was being done, and the reviews were excellent. Called them late Sunday afternoon, got a call back that evening, and scheduled an appointment to replace the water heater for the next day. Andrew arrived at the designated time, assessed the situation, and replaced the water heater within a few hours. He was thorough, explained the issue, and left the work area neat. I was so pleased with that work, that he will be returning later in the week to fix a leaky faucet that needed an ordered part. Based on my experience with Brotherhood, I would not hesitate to recommend them.
