This year I gave a call to Arc for them to do a service check and Tom came out. He was very personable and professional, he clearly had a lot of experience. He answered all of my questions as a new homeowner. Turns out a capacitor was bad which I asked him to replace (he showed me the readings). Ever since then our upstairs has been MUCH cooler, what an easy fix! Arc will certainly be my go-to moving forward!
