My only complaint is this thermostat that has their branding all over it. I'll be replacing that immediately. Not worth docking a star, but definitely tell them you don't want that if you're not wanting a little leprechaun and their phone number as a permanent fixture on your wall. Just tacky in my opinion. Like the dealer decals they put on new cars. Despite my nitpicking I would definitely recommend.

We paid $155 to have a come out and The technician said he just had to stick a screwdriver in to something to help it get started on a system we just got done paying off. I mentioned that we have had issues in the past and he said “then why did you call us” I stated it was because my wife saw the number on the unit. No parts were replaced but the heat is working. Once again we are having issues with a unit that just got paid off.

I didn’t get that kind of a service from the other company and definitely they were not honest about what was wrong with the system
