- TLTaylor lepeardOct 28, 20251.0Before the excuse of "might have wrong business" is responded here. EVERY bad review has same excuse but every good review doesnt. Respect your customers enough to give them an explanation instead of an excuse. Tony we have tried multiple times. initially came out and looked at our geothermal unit. fine great. you said the part was gonna take 3 days! i gave you a week called back! lady said o yes part didnt come in should be there tuesday. another week an a half goes by call again. lady says tony will be there tomorrow probably. nope. waited another week week and half. called and she said yes i gave him your info today he will be there soon. hopefully. ive had enough at this point.... i said well im giving him one more day and then imma have to go somewhere else. obviously here i am still no ac. I know geothermals are hard but if you dont wanna do them any more dont leave people hanging in limbo for a month... another note the other geothermal you "fixed" tony actually made the basement flood. the company said who ever soldered those pieces caused this unit to fail. i was told by family before us you soldered it and he remembers you did. SOOO insurance wont cover it. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE ATROCITY AAA of a business. we run one and this just ain't how you do it. we at least admit our mistakes. so im out a geothermal unit insurance wont cover and im out one that could have been fixed a LONG time ago. Thanks but NO THANKs
