    Just had a horrible experience with these so called flooring experts. Me and my wife just had a 10'x13' area rug made by them and after a couple weeks the edge binding came undone so my wife called them last week and was told to bring it in any time during store hours and they would repair it. Well today I took it in to them and was told to bring it back tomorrow because the warehouse was closed and she didn't feel comfortable taking it in. Now mind you its a 10'x13' area rug I had just spent 2 to 3 hours moving furniture around and wrestling in to my navigater to take it there to only be told they wouldn't be taking it today So I got a little angry and tried to explain to them that we were told to drop it off anytime during business hours and before I could finish what I was saying they interrupted me telling me to stop yelling which I was not at that time, anyway some words were said and names were called but anyway I will never be back at that store again and if they refuse to fix it I will be contacting my attorney Update : I am coming back on here to make things right again. Carpets unlimited has gone above and beyond to make everything right and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result and Cody is a very stand up guy who went out of his way to to get everything resolved. I will definitely be doing business with them again and if anyone is interested in getting some affordable flooring you definitely need to go to Carpets Unlimited because they stand by they're products and take care of any problems that may arise. My new grade is an A+
