- WSWilliam SullivanNov 11, 20252.0Decent product sold here, yet in my decade of buying from them, there have been some issues concerning billing that were brought to my concern about a year ago... I had a receipt showing I paid one thing, yet increased or multiple charges on 4 separate occasions. I let the manager know, he fixed it once with no communication as to what had happened. I am on a mailing list that is to notify me of any price changes, yet I'm charged around $200 extra when visiting today. The same manager was in the office with a 2nd person/a female customer service rep. I ask why the extra charge without notification, both said I was notified or would have been if I had signed up correctly. I had been receiving notifications, yet just eat the extra $200. I let the manager know that I had separate issues the consecutive recent times I'd been. My bank was able to correct the extra charge attempts. The manager took what I said personally and started a response of victimization... telling me/a paying customer of a decade that he dresses himself just like I do. I was really embarrassed to be in such a low conversation, now the customer rep starts parroting that I offended him becsuse... 2 victims, very embarrassing. Bottom line, customer service has declined, management is not fit for the job, banks help with price errors they won't... it has become unacceptable to charge so much more, while giving less. I'll be pricing metal elsewhere and will contact my credit card company of the extra increase charge for today, as I was laughed at by your manager today that I've lost money with this location that was large enough to bring to his concerned. Truly, if nothing else is heard, no true manager laughs at their customers financial pains, nor acts offended personally to deflect the offenses. Possibly take a look at your hiring manager. You guys let this one slip.
