They told me they would be here between 10-2, the technician called at 12 to let me know he wouldn't make that time frame, ok, no problem. He arrived, very nice guy, and then informed me I needed to call an HVAC person because the thermostats weren't like to like and he didn't know how to do that. He was here (late mind you) all of 5 minutes, and still made me pay the $49 fee. I wasn't asked any questions about the types of thermostat, I would expect electrician professionals to ask questions beforehand or verify the tech was knowledgeable to perform the job at hand... I explicitly explained I needed a thermostat replaced. Wouldn't recommend or ever contact again.

Had to replace entire power panel because of a burnt breaker and back board. Was very friendly and courteous! Also it was New Years day which sucked for wvwryone and him. Thankful they came out and house did not burn down!

He arrived early as requested on this Monday morning, and was extremely professional throughout the service. The work was done very well and everything was communicated nicely.
