Did not install crown molding or trim island as they were paid to do. Shoddy work and terrible customer service. Go with literally anyone else.
- JWJustin WoodsonJul 10, 20201.0Stay away! We ordered brand new kitchen cabinets from Elevations (K&I Lumber) and had a terrible experience. Our cabinets showed up with scratches, dings, a very poor paint job, and random holes drilled in incorrect places. The cabinet installers attached the drawer pulls incorrectly or crooked in multiple places. They then tried to hide it with a white crayon. They left our brand-new white cabinets covered in dirty hand prints and with pencil marks everywhere. We've been arguing with them for weeks to install the crown molding which was part of the deal. Communication is terrible. They never call you back and almost never answer the phone. I wish I had gone with my gut on these guys. Just stay away from them!
