And I have met several staff members with the company. They have always been very courteous and respectful to us and our home. The front office staff is also very prompt with their communication. - JLJulio LopezNov 12, 20251.0LESS THAN 1 STAR! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!! I contacted Elder Heating in December 2024 to check on my furnace. It was determined by Elder's Technician that the inducer was not working any longer and needed to be replaced. I approved the part to be replaced by Elder Heating company($606) and was replaced in early December 2024. The heating was used until March/April 2025, 3/4 months. Summer came, I used the AC, everything worked just fine, when I turned the heat early November of 2025 the furnace did not work. I called Elder Heating to see how where they going to help since most parts have a 1 year warranty, and the front desk lady(Samantha I believe was her name) answered the phone, who by the way was extremely rude and not empathetic to the situation. She told me that if I didn't pay again they could not come and see it and if you didn't pay for what wrong they wont change it, eventually, after interrupting me repeatedly, told me that she was going to speak to the Service Manager and give me a call back, but that call back never came, and I assumed she was only trying to get me off the phone at that point. I ended up calling someone else, and it was determined again that the Inducer that Elder Heating replaced in December 2024 needed to be replaced again. I had to call a new company and pay $600 for the same part, they did offer me a year warranty of the part as I understand parts might be faulty sometimes, but the lack of professionalism, respect and customer service of that company is absurd! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!

Climbed into the attic and even took pictures. The customer service is the reason I will be a repeat customer.
- KBkam brunerOct 29, 20251.0Technician came out to look at my furnace, due to heat not coming on. I let him know that my water heater was replaced in June, and that my furnace will not kick on. He said the water heater was getting gas but the furnace was not. Said he needed to call his boss for next steps. They suggested I call whoever installed my water heater as they couldn’t resolve the issue. They were at my house for no longer than 10 minutes and still charged me $85 for a diagnostic fee. They didn’t complete a diagnostic. I will no longer be using them.
