I had already had lined up a company to do a layover new roof, when I decided to get one more estimate. Seth Culbertson from Commonwealth Roofing showed up on my doorstep and said Mr. Shea, let me see what I can do for you. Not only did he beat the competitor by several thousand dollars, but it included a tearoff of my old roof. I was able to get a superion dimensional shingle and was still able to save big time money. Seth Culbertson was kind and polite. Absolutely zero sales pressure. In a world where customer service is all but gone, it was nice to see a company that still supplies it. Your not going to go wrong with Commonwealth roofing.

His crew worked extremely hard and it was done during the extreme heat wave we had. The clean-up after the job was finished was fast and timely. They were very quick with their follow-up to make sure that we were satisfied and if anything was needed. I highly recommend using Commonwealth Roofing!
