- MSMary SparksJul 26, 20201.0I'm writing this review on a extremely hot Sunday. There is a power outage and I am unable to get through to report it. The Hardinsburg number is constantly busy. Therefore, I called the other two that are available. I couldn't get through. In the past with other companies all I had to do was put something over the phone without having to speak to a live person. Not this case. It puts you on hold to speak to someone who never is there. I have a legitimate medical condition that requires AC or else I could be sent to the hospital if it is not on. Today's temperature is 98°. This is unacceptable and disappointing that nothing better is in place with this company.
