Technician was kind, and quickly diagnosed my system. When I had some follow up concerns, the gentleman handling my complaint came to my home personally to follow up. Customer service is a lost art, and I appreciated Kyle Crank’s professionalism and courtesy. I would not hesitate to recommend Howe.

Our transformer was struck by lightening and fried our AC and furnace at the hottest peak of our summer, that day within a couple of hours they had a Jared there to look at our damages who was nothing but a pleasure to meet, walked us through everything, got us set up with what we needed ordered and kept in complete contact with us the whole time. Never once made us feel pushed back or like just another customer. Jared ended up making us a priority and came the day before we were even scheduled. It’s hard to trust businesses these days and I will never go anywhere else for my HVAC needs and fully trust Howe. Again, Jared was amazing and caring! Thank you for all you have done.

Been taking care of my home and business for a long time and again today repaired my furnace at my shop today. And it is not your average furnace, but they got notification about my issue at 7:30am and by 12:00 not only had Kyle and Greg showed up but had it repaired. As I said, the guy's are good 👍👍👍👍
