They call the day before to see if they can come they had called like 3 different times to come out but due to i pick my grandkids up i couldnt do it. They called dec 15 and wanted to come. I felt obligated to change my schedule so they could come. I told the guy it had to be in the morning. He said u can have any time nothing is scheduled. I called you first. I cancelled my granddaughters dr appointment and missed a funeral i should have been at. The installers decided to go to a different one before me and to do mine last that day. At 230pm we left and we passed them on the road bc we had to leave to pick up my granddaughters which i told them i had to do. The owner called me 3 weeks later to only tell me yep it was our fault but i have no intentions in compensating you for being charged for cancelling a dr appointment you need to pay what the contract says. I have 3 more windows and a french door needing replaced but it will not be by window world. Not worried about loyal customers just want ur money dont care if they r in the wrong or not. Jason dont know how to deal with people apparently. Told me my dad dont know how to do business bc he had a business for 49 yrs and if he was in the wrong he compensated them he said i am not in business to do that even if we are in the wrong.

How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
