None backed their work, nor did they want to make my older unit last as long as possible. Everyone wanted me to buy new. NOT WORKMAN! They made it last 2 more years, AND gave me the best new unit with best 20 year warranty. Even if they were to go “belly up,” my warranty lives on. They have ethics, morals, good old fashioned customer service. And they reworked the air so that my daughter’s bedroom now receives air. All these years, no one could figure it out. Even with new install! No one cared. Cannot thank them enough.
