I not only expect an apology but whatever idiot is delivering materials better be terminated immediately. I’m irate and have every reason to be. You had one job and that’s to deliver what is ordered and you can’t even do that. I hope there is someone that can reach out and fix this ASAP. You guys screwed the pooch on this one.
