I sent them away and 4 days later I get an invoice for over $300.00 just because they showed up at my house. When I tried to talk to the owner, he talked (yelled) over me and said I could have my attorney call his attorney. HORRIBLE company. I recommend ServPro; they give estimates, are very responsive and their estimates are real.
