Was told by a different company that in order to find my sewer line, an excavator would be needed and permits from the city to install a clean out. Ebuka found the line in 5 minutes or less and was able to locate where everything was including the old clean out. Even though they didn't need to dig up the whole yard to locate the sewage line, I very much appreciate that they were more than prepared for the job in the event things didn't go as smoothly. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I originally called Bowers Plumbing to have a shower valve replaced, but after talking through everything with Eric and Zach, we decided it was the perfect time to update my main water valve as well. I’m so glad we did. These two were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient—answering every question I had without rushing or glossing over anything. Not only did they complete the job quickly and with great care, but they also went above and beyond by giving my whole house a thorough inspection. Their attention to detail and willingness to explain what they were seeing made me feel confident and informed the entire time. Eric and Zach are exactly the kind of technicians you hope show up at your door. I’ll absolutely use Bowers Plumbing again if I ever need anything in the future. Highly recommend!

We had to wait a day or so for the service due to holiday, but Derek left us with some space heaters to hold us over which we really appreciated! There was some poor DIY work left behind by the previous owner. Randy spent the extra time to rebuild the coils from scratch. Everything is working great and our home is warm and cozy again for the winter! We're always happy with the service received from Bowers for both HVAC and/or plumbing! Highly recommend!

First off, we had to do a major foundation repair along the wall where all of my utilities come into the house. Because of that we had to have all of the plumbing and hvac disconnected and removed and then replaced. We got multiple quotes from different companies and bowers was by far the best option for all of it! And they did an AMAZING job! They made such good timing and were so precessional and kind! Shortly after this we had some issues with our very old toilet. I called 15 minutes before they closed but when they heard that it was our only toilet in the house they found a tech willing to come out and help. We ended up getting a new toilet from them because you just can’t beat the warranty they offer! Fast forward to today, I had a terrible day at work just to come home to issues with our bathtub spout (which I was aware of and trying to fix) and a toilet that was overflowing. Overwhelmed and in tears, I called bowers and they sent out Richard, the same tech that installed my new toilet. He came in and fixed it within minutes. He then proceeded to give me pointers and help me with the spout I was struggling with and told me how to finish it. I am genuinely thankful for his kindness today after a terrible day and coming home to two things I couldn’t fix really was taking a toll on me. It’s nice being treated like a person that needs a little help and not just a customer. I will forever be loyal to Bowers for everything they have done for me and my family.
- JTJRL TexasDec 30, 20255.0While installing anew kitchen faucet, the hot water valve failed and caused hot water to GUSH like crazy. I needed to have a repair done on the valve right away. I called Bowers Plumbing in Wichita and the nice lady on the phone listened and said she would see what could be done. In a few minutes she said that a technician named Taylor would be out in about two hours. I got a text and phone call from Taylor saying he was on the way. Taylor arrived in a Bowers Truck as clean as you like. Taylor evaluated my problem and said he could make the repairs in short order. Taylor was very professional and his plumbing expertise was obvious. He replaced both the hot and cold valves and had my water running in very short order. I really appreciate when a company does what they say they will do, and then send an extremely competent and polite technician to do the work required. Well done Bowers and Well Done Taylor. A pleasure to become acquainted with both.
