  The process from start to finish was great. They kept me informed at each step. What I also like was you worked with different people for each of the steps from sale person to measurer and installer. In the end everything fit and work correctly plus you have Team that backs your product and insulation for an excellent warranty .

  Siding. It was very hard to get the work done because of weather. But they showed up every day. I want to thank Jason, Owen, Oscar who worked very hard Janson’s crew did a great job installing the new siding. Alba , project manager was good at getting the good siding on site quickly. Shanda, Scheduler keep us updated on the job.

  We had a large window replaced and some siding work done by All States Home Improvement. One of the reasons we chose them was because we wanted to support a company that supports the local community—we met them at Greater Andover Days and appreciated seeing them involved and invested in our town. Overall, the process went smoothly and the finished work looks good. Our sales representative, Ben, was very nice and easy to work with, and the installation crew was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. The new window itself is high quality, and the siding repair was done well. That said, I would strongly recommend asking a lot of questions upfront and, if possible, asking to see examples of completed projects that are similar to yours. I am not faulting the company at all, but the window we replaced originally had larger panes of glass with smaller mullions. The replacement window is the correct size and looks good, but it has significantly thicker mullions and sashes dividing the glass than the original. That detail is something I wish I had clarified more thoroughly during the planning phase. In the end, I’m happy with the work and the overall experience. This is more a lesson learned on my end to ask more detailed questions before moving forward. All States Home Improvement delivered what was specified, and the craftsmanship and professionalism were solid throughout the project.

  Jeff was very thorough in explaining the process and with the estimate details. Don was very helpful in explaining the entire process. Richard was extremely courteous and professional during the installation of the windows and the storm door. We appreciated Chad and Jordan stopping by during the installation to ensure things were going smoothly. We were impressed with the entire team and the follow up to make sure we didn't have questions or concerns. Customer service and the installation was top notch. We are more than thrilled with the service and products provided by All State's Home Improvement!

  We have had several windows replaced in our home by Allstates Home Improvements (ASHI) in the past years. Recently, we had our large master bath window replaced. We called ASHI and Ben came out and briefed us on all of the options available. He was very professional and didn't high pressure us to buy anything we did not want. Then a few weeks later, the installer (Richard) came to put the new window in. He removed the old window and when he started the new installation he damaged the window. He immediately notified us of the damage and another window was ordered. Until the new window came in, he covered the window with plastic so no moisture would get in. After a few days I called ASHI and informed them the plastic was coming off. ASHI immediately sent out Chad who re-taped the window. ASHI is very responsive and does an outstanding job of installation and cleanup afterwards. I highly recommend Allstates Home Improvement!!
