  We had our hall bathroom upgraded with a new fantastic looking shower and new vanity. They also removed our old skylight and added a new window about 12" tall by 36" wide high on the shower exterior wall. The people that did the work were very skilled and professional. I felt like they went the extra mile for me and were eager to make sure that the water lines were insulated well to withstand the cold that is created by the "kickout" nature of where the shower area extends out from the rest of the house. They always cleaned up each day and we didn't have to ever look at a big mess!! Overall I give them an A+.

  All States Home Improvement is nothing short of Amazing. From the initial contact by Marcus. His professionalism, knowledge of what needed to be done. We thought all we needed was a new roof. Marcus pointed out that while we could do that there were several other issues that needed to be addressed. We ended up getting half of our windows replaced, a new roof and new siding and paint. Tank and his roofing crew, phenomenal. There was even a discussion about the location of a roof solar powered exhaust fan and it was a simple we will fix it. No questions asked. I was amazed. Abraham and his siding crew, again phenomenal. Their attention to detail and quality unearthed a newly developed termite infestation. Abraham was quick to inform us and even had his crew shift to another part of the house to allow our exterminator to see it and treat. Mitch and his son Lane installed new windows. Efficient and top notch. They know what they are doing. Max and Jesus painted the whole house, trim and made certain the colors were as expected. Josh and his gutter crew. Love the install and how clean it looks. Alba and Shanda, both were amazing. Cannot say enough good things about the whole experience and team. Will recommend any chance I can. I would post before and after pictures but did not think about that detail. Rest assured our house looks amazing and they cleaned up and fixed discrepancies from new build through today.   All States Home Improvement built a screened in porch, deck and poured a patio for us in addition to replacing all 4 of our exterior doors and our gutters with gutter covers. Their people were all top notch from the sales staff to the roofers, carpenters and concrete workers! My wife and I are so pleased with the finished product that we recommend them to everyone. Tyler helped us design what we wanted and everyone exceeded our expectations. The employees were professional and their craftsmanship showed that they cared about their work. Mel and his crew did an excellent job pouring the concrete. Troy, Shaun and Jayce built the porch and deck with skill second to none. After Danny measured for our new doors, they fit perfectly while Richard, Mitch and Lane installed them. Jimmy was always checking on the work to make sure it was going well and Chad was always checking on the quality. Fernando and his son Jr. are outstanding painters and Josh and Jerrod installed our new gutters and covers. Doug and Shanda always helped keep things going. It was a big project and has added great value to our home! Thank you All States Home Improvement for a job WELL DONE! And thanks for my FREE hat! I wear it with pride!

  Superior company. Every employee takes pride in what they do. Ben,salesman was very informative, went through how the windows were made, what we would be paying for. Showed us who did what within the whole company. Very respectful, Amazing salesman. Danny , very accurate with all measurements. Scott& Adam installed the windows, they both take alot of pride in their work. Put throwscloths down, very careful with property. Cleaned up everything when done,did Beautiful job! Don did a great job coordinating job,and followup after job finished. Chad came out first day too make sure everything was going as planned, with Scott and Adam, and to answer any questions we had re: new windows. Very informative,and professional. Demonstrated how the windows worked,etc. This company is totally amazing! Each person has their speciality, and is very proficient within it. If ever need any other work done, will definitely contact Allstate home repair. For sure a 5star company,all the way through.

  While I cannot comment on the quality of their products or work because I did not hire them for the job, I am giving them 1 star for the estimating process. We brought them to our home to get an estimate for removing a jet tub/shower combo and installing a walk in shower. First thing I thought was odd was that they would not provide a detailed estimate. Said "they cannot do that". Every contractor that I know of can give a detailed estimate down to how much they will charge for screws, nails, and caulking. Then I realized why. They don't want to give a detailed estimate because after the initial price estimate, they start with the "promotions" they can give you. If you sign up tonight, we can discount the price X amount but only if you sign up that day. If you agree to put a sign in your yard and do a Google review, you get some more knocked off the estimate. It felt like I was buying a used car versus getting an estimate for a bathroom remodel It is there business model and it must work because they have been in business for a long time and generally get good reviews. I just don't appreciate that model. Give me the price that you can do the job for and honor it while I have time to think about it and get a second estimate. I will say that Lois, the person who came to our home, was very pleasant to work with.
