- DSDana StoutJul 2, 20242.0The work of those coming to my house is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Absolutely no issues with that. However, getting parts took nearly three weeks AND I had to pay a service charge of $115 for an issue that was not my fault but a broken plastic piece holding my battery pack six+ feet on my ceiling on a two year old purchase. It took the guy maybe ten minutes, more like five to install the new battery pack. I could not get out of paying the service charge, which I think is excessive for Budget Blinds' faulty product. Would not recommend them after dealing with this.

Today it was Miguel, the installer. He is a great guy, and he put up with our questions, answering them with good humor and accuracy. The installation hardware was easy, and the shades went up in no time at all.
